It’s been nearly two years since I interviewed Facebook co-founder Chris Hughes on the Stanford University campus. In this interview, he explains the beginnings of Facebook at Harvard and the reasons for its success.
Since leaving Facebook, Chris has moved to Chicago and plays a
central role in the online campaign of Barack Obama. Brian Stelter in
today’s New York Times has a big feature on Chris’ role in the campaign.
I’ve republished the interview today. It’s a good one.
Obama Best McCain in Online Traffic in May
Might be a testament to Chris Hughes’ work or the candidate himself, but Nielsen Online just reported that for the month of May, the Obama campaign site has had 2.3 million uniques vs. 563,000 for McCain.
