Revver, an early pioneer in online video sharing, has implemented a big change as it has began inserting in-stream advertising into a few of its clips. Up until know, Revver offered just a simple, post roll click-to-action advertisement. Revver and content creators shared the revenue created by the clicks.
A Revver spokeswoman told me that the company will provide CPM’s of more than $20 and considerably higher for certain programs. That’s pretty good numbers for Revver and content creators who share the take 50/50.

Since we couldn’t get to Los Angeles, our friends at Revver taped this segment of CEO Kevin Wells for us. Thanks!
