Not a content company or aggregator of content, YuMe is an online video advertising network which serves some 500 publishers with the collective potential to reach 46 million unique video viewers. That's second only to YouTube, according to the latest report by comScore Video Metrix.

The report compiles the numbers of all the YuMe publishers into the cumulative, unduplicated number.  Although not all these publishers use YuMe exclusively, and ads are not served to all of these "potential" views, the scale of this network is impressive.  I've pasted below part of the report.
