Audience-targeting video syndicator AlphaBird will be expanding its brand and its offerings this quarter, driven by two recent acquisitions, the company's CEO Chase Norlin said in an interview with Beet.TV.
The company is broadening beyond its audience targeting work to add more refined tools. That's coming in part from the purchases of brand integration platform PlaceVine earlier this year and social video firm Media Social earlier this month.
As it integrates the two companies, Alphabird will be able to deliver more refined and targeted audiences to the brands and agencies it works with.
Norlin explained that Alphabird drives video views for its clients by finding the desired audiences across Facebook, YouTube and syndicated sites to watch targeted content.
In Monaco, Chase Norlin was a panelist in a 60-minute session about online video moderated by Andy Plesser.
