ENGLEWOOD CLIFFS, NJ – CNBC’s production and syndication of video clips has been primarily segments of the the network’s live programming. That is expanding with the introduction of slate of Web only video programs, says Kevin Krim SVP/GM at at CNBC Digital in this interview with Beet.TV
Some of the original Web programming is being produced and distributed with Yahoo Finance. The slate of new shows has been sponsored by brands including Land Rover, Fidelity, JP Morgan Chase and others, he says.
According to comScore , the number monthly video views for CNBC in May has reached 9.6 million, double the same period last year. Krim told us that the video views are far greater outside the CNBC.com — via Yahoo Finance, NBC News, Xfinity and other platforms.
