The new company will combine Mediaocean’s Flashtalking and Innovid’s ad servers. They will become an independent ad-tech company at scale, that is “not conflicted.”
The merger, which is expected to close early next year, will increase efficiencies in the the programmatic supply chain, providing greater yield to publishers, Wise adds.
