SANTA MONICA, Calif. – TikTok is investing heavily in creative solutions to help brands create effective content on the platform.
With creativity being the key to breaking through and driving campaign success, TikTok offers a suite of tools to connect brands with creators and generate content quickly using generative AI.
The TikTok Symphony Creative Studio, now available to all advertisers globally, combines human creativity with the power of AI efficiency to help brands create content in a streamlined way.
Generating New Assets and Variations
“On TikTok, creativity is really the key to breaking through, and it’s one of the most important aspects of running any campaign on the platform,” said Adrienne Lahens, Global Head of Content Strategy & Operations at TikTok, in this video interview with Beet.TV. “In fact, 49% of incremental sales are driven based on the creative piece.”
The TikTok Symphony Creative Studio provides three main capabilities for generating content
- Generating new creative assets: By uploading a URL or basic brand information, along with video assets or images, the platform can generate videos based on these inputs in just minutes.
- Creating variations of existing high-performing content. “You can take that content and, within the platform, it will dub and translate that content into the Spanish language or various other languages that we have available,” Lahens said, by means of example.
- Automated content generation: The tool can automatically create new videos daily based on brand inputs and trending content on TikTok. It aligns generated content with successful trends within a brand’s vertical or product category, ensuring relevance and engagement.

Creativity With AI
“And one of the best parts about all of this is that it’s free to use,” Lahens said.
“All of the content that is being provided in these outputs is either content that’s coming directly from you as the brand or it’s also combining with stock images, stock video … from our commercial music library,”
When it comes to using generative AI for content creation, Lahens advises advertisers not to use it as a crutch, but rather as a way to augment existing strategies and scale content.
“If you’re new to TikTok, this is a really great way to get started,” she said.
