LAS VEGAS — The advertising industry is on the cusp of a major transformation, as AI agents are poised to revolutionize the way campaigns are optimized and delivered, according to Hitesh Chawla, CEO of Silverpush.

“Agent” is a catch-call term for an autonomous and self-directed piece of software that can take its own actions to complete a user-specified goal.

Chawla believes that AI agents will be the most significant trend in advertising in 2025.

These agents will go beyond mere recommendations, taking real-time actions based on vast amounts of data,” he said.

“AI agents can take decisions in real time,” Chawla told Julian Zilberbrand.

This presents enormous opportunities for the advertising ecosystem, as AI agents can optimize campaigns, ensure brand safety, and even make creative decisions on the fly.

Pushing forward AI

Silverpush is a marketing technology company specializing in AI-driven solutions. They provide cross-device and cross-platform tracking technology, which enables advertisers to target and measure their multimodal advertising campaigns more accurately.

In what Chawla called the “distraction economy,” consumers are bombarded with content and struggle to pay attention. Silverpush has been trying to address that with its technology.

“It has evolved from just being the context intelligence engine to be a context AI engine with so much AI that we now use for targeting, for context planning, for context optimization, context insights,” said Chawla, CEO of Silverpush, in this video interview with Beet.TV. “That’s how it’s been evolving, and that’s our focus for 2025.”
