a Beet.TV Leadership Series
presented by
In the rapidly growing ecommerce world, the powerful forces of machine learning and innovation have led to a highly optimized shopping journey, with more signals and customer touchpoints than ever before. As a result, customers are bombarded with choice, making them overwhelmed and less likely to transact – the Paradox of Choice.
Companies leveraging first party transaction data can address this and unlock new revenue streams with premium offers that delight customers and create more value in every transaction with relevant next best actions. In many ways, it’s a win all around – all centered on ensuring relevance rules.
“Why Relevance Rules in Ecommerce,” a 10-part series produced by Beet.TV in its Manhattan studio, will explore how to take the customer journey to the next level by going beyond personalization and embracing more “relevant” approaches to customer experiences that delivers the best ad to the best person at the best time.
Topics covered in this series include:
- The state of retail and the role of shopper data.
- Why is relevance key to the transaction part of the customer journey?
- What new signals and customer touchpoints can help deliver the best possible customer journey?
- The power of AI and Machine Learning, and their impact on the retail ecommerce experience.
- Success strategies that leverage innovation and creativity post-checkout.
